19 DEGREES ISN’T HALF BAD.

As energy prices rose, HOFOR wanted to encourage people in the Copenhagen area to lower their heating to 19 degrees Celsius. The campaign deliberately reinterpret “degrees,” shifting the focus from temperature to angles. The concept visualizes how turning the heat and the environment 19 degrees creates a subtle shift, allowing small, positive moments to appear.

THE BRIEF
&Co developed the campaign with the intention of keeping the message simple and approachable.
Rather than relying on explanation or instruction, they wanted to showcase the campaign through small, unexpected situations while keeping an engaging tone with a touch of humor.
OUR TAKE
The films are set in a uniquely visual world filled with gentle absurdity. Rooms feel distinct, and people respond in very matter-of-fact ways.
This creates a sense of warmth and sweetness without pushing for jokes or punchlines.
The result is a campaign that feels playful with a clear, simple message in a purposely awkward universe.
